I have been with Creativ Realty for several years and service both residential and commercial properties. We work as a team to help you find the home or business that meets your needs. I live and work in the greater Shediac area and I know it well: the beaches, the houses, property values, the people and what’s happening in the neighbourhood. My wife and I moved here from London, Ontario in 1983 and now live on the water, right behind the World’s Largest Lobster in Shediac. It’s a great place to live year-round. I retired after close to 30 years as a public servant and soon realized that I had lots of future ahead of me. The Real Estate business allows me to continue serving others and it is very important to me that my clients not feel pressured during Real Estate transactions. I’m here to help you through the process. I became a REALTOR® because I love the business and I think that makes a big difference. When asked about my favourite aspect of the job, it’s definitely the people that I meet and work with. Being able to find a match between Buyer and Seller and seeing the happiness it brings them is what makes it all worthwhile. In my personal life, I have many interests such as flying, acting, filmmaking, painting, and on summer days can often be found on my jet ski towing my children, grandchildren and the neighbourhood kids on water skis or an 8-person banana boat. I continue to be involved in the community and have individually given my support to many local organizations such as the Beausejour Family Crisis Resource Centre, the Vestiaire Saint-Joseph Food Bank and Rotary Club, to name a few. I am proud of the successful partnerships and friendships that I and my recently retired partner Norah Higgerty have built over the years, based above all on honesty and trust.
